TP-Link Archer C3200 Router login review
Router login, The Archer C3200 wireless router uses Tri-Band technology to run three separate Wi-Fi channels at once, creating a network that can connect to more devices without a trade-off in performance.Smart Connect helps devices run even faster by assigning them to the best available channel to balance network demand.Learn more about Tri-Band technologyWhat should I do if my Archer C3200 cannot be detected by Tether?Because of the restriction of source code, if more than 16 clients are connected to Archer C3200, the buffer of tpapp process will overflow, then Tether will show “Tether doesn’t support the router” when you try to use Tether to login Archer C3200. Sometimes, even typing correct username and password, Tether will show “incorrect password”.Q:We have been using Archer C3200 for serveral months, using Smart Connect, and were able to connect devices easily, well over 20 sometimes. Suddenly, we became limited to about 10, and that is not consistent, so somtimes say 15 devices, somtimes 10. And then the Router refuses connecting additional devices. We did not change anything in the configuration. We called technical support, after having spent many hours, and the Firmware upgrade helped, but still we are facing the same issue: a very limited number of devices can connect now. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestion on how to fix this. And also if anyone had encountered that problem. Thanks.A:You can try to disable Smart Connect and do a test. Connect some to 5Ghz and some to 2.4Ghz separately. Smart Connect is not working very well sometimes.Do not download or stream when testing.
